Please understand that last-minute cancellations and rescheduling can have a significant impact on my livelihood as a self-employed individual. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Cancellation / No show / Last Minute Reschedule :
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply txt/call Young at 0432 407 661 at least 24 hours in advance.
I understand that life can be busy, which is why I send out a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment, reminding you to confirm by replying ‘Yes’.
When you cancel to the reminder, instead of simply replying ‘no,’ I kindly ask that you please provide a brief reason for your cancellation or what changes you would like to make to your booking. This helps me better understand your needs and allows me to assist you more effectively.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment), a non-refundable booking deposit (50% of your treatment cost) will be required when rescheduling or booking future appointments.
This deposit ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. I understand things happen in life and I also heavily rely on each scheduled appointment for my livelihood. When a client cancels at the last minute or fails to show up, it not only results in a loss of income for me but also prevents another client from booking that time slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. At Stay Young Skin & Body, we respect each other. A no-show is when you miss your appointment without prior notice. In such cases, you will no longer be able to make future appointments or receive any response from me.
