Cancellation Policy:
At Stay Young Skin & Body, appointments are reserved just for you. I truly value your time, and I appreciate your respect for mine as well.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can text or call Young on 0432 407 661.
• A 48-hour reminder message will be sent prior to your appointment. Please confirm your booking by replying “Yes.”
• If you need to cancel, I kindly ask for a short message with your request or reason, so I can assist you smoothly.
• Last minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will require a 50% non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may result in no future bookings accepted. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
